- 1. Attendance Policy
- Session Frequency: The club conducts a minimum of 5 sessions per week, each lasting no more than 2 hours.
- Attendance Requirement: Members are expected to attend at least 3 out of the 5 sessions each week.
- Non-Compliance:
- A warning call will be issued if a member fails to meet the attendance requirement.
- Repeated non-compliance may lead to a review of your membership status in the club.
- 2. Membership Criteria
- Entrance Contest: Each semester, the club will host an entrance contest to recruit new members.
- Selection Process:
- Top performers from the contest will be shortlisted.
- Shortlisted candidates will participate in a light interview round to finalize membership.
- 3. Plagiarism and Cheating
- Monitoring: A dedicated judging team will evaluate all contest submissions and activities on recommended platforms.
- Consequences for Cheating
- A red flag added to your user ID on the club website, permanently marking you as a cheater.
- If found cheating, you may receive up to one warning call before membership termination.
- Subsequent incidents will result in Immediate termination of membership.
